So, I bought a Deal - how do I use it?
The day after the deal has ended, you'll receive an email from us with your deal voucher attached. You can also retrieve your voucher from your 5DollarDaily account.
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
Since 5DollarDaily Deals are time-sensitive and similar to a gift card, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you have a problem with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible – after five (5) business days, we cannot refund a Deal purchase.
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you have had an unsatisfactory experience let us know at help@5DailyDeal.com. While we do not guarantee a refund except as noted elsewhere, we will try to address your concerns.
